Assistance in Modifying my workout temporarily

Good morning MFP! I need some help. I have been doing 30DS and I love it, and walking outside when its warm enough. However, I got a new tattoo last night, and it is large and in charge of my right upper back/shoulder region. It hurts to move around too much and I think I may need to give Jillian a rest fora few days.

Does anyone know of any similarly paced workouts that would not require much movement of my shoulder/upper back? just the warmups in the 30DS require swinging your arms around and that hurts my shoulder like a b*tch. I did a quick forum search but I didnt realy find what I was looking for.

I would just walk, but its supposed to rain today! stupid weather interfering with my physical fitness!
