Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm not new to the get fit and weigh less aspects of life. In the past I started out around 220lbs and lost 70lbs. I started on the couch and was able to run marathon distances after about a year. Anyways, I've hurt myself several times over the last few years and have fallen off the wagon so to speak. It is just really hard for me to eat properly when I'm not able to work out. Definitely a mental thing with me. Anyways, I'm back, eating healthy and am not working out just walking so hopefully in the next few months I'll be able to get back into better shape (from walking) and shed a few pounds.

Welcome, sorry you hurt yourself, but you are doing it right by taking your time, until you can push yourself more.
You did it once before so you can deffinately do it again.
