Exercise and Eczema

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can advise on some exercise that wont make my eczema flare up. I have head to toe eczema and it can get pretty bad. I use all the emollients etc and washes from the GP so that’s all taken care of.
However I've had to quite the gym as doing any form of cardio causes me to sweat and get hot and then i have a big flare up, i tried taking all precautions (loose fitting clothing, shower straight after, keeping hydrated) and it doesn’t seem to keep it in check enough.
Can anyone recommend anything that would be suitable for me to do? I've been thinking about Pilates but not sure if that is the exercise that’s going to burn calories and help me lose weight.
