30 day shred twice or ripped in 30

Hi so I'm on level 3 day 3 on shred and I'm thinking should I do ur again or start ripped in 30 after this. Which one has better results?

    Meaning should I redo the whole workout again for better results??
  • I haven't done 30 day shred, but I have done ripped in 30 and it really helped tone up. I am now alternating between Killer Buns and Thighs/6 week 6 pack and Ripped and Extreme shed and shred/Killer Abs.

    since you have done 30 day shred, you may want to do ripped in 30 if nothing else just for a little variety.

    I went from 30DS to RI30, and I *still* go back to RI30 if I need a shorter workout. It's my favourite Jillian DVD, and level 4 still is pretty punishing (in a good way!). If you feel confident to move onto something harder, RI30 would be perfect! It's the same set-up (3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs), and I absolutely love it.

    I agree! I finished 30DS and am now at the end of week 1 of RI30. I like Jillian's casual, in-your-face style in this DVD and, so far in week one, the exercised seem to change up a bit more. The time goes fast and you feel the strength coming on! Do it!
