I just went to a conversion calculator on the web and here is what I came up with. 1892 mil. Hope this helps. Good luck on your journey.

I have a 20 oz water bottle. If I drink 4 a day, that's more than enough water. I find keeping track that way much easier.

These days I pretty much just sit in the bathroom and drink from a hose hooked up to the faucet on the sink.

Water needed is hard to tell per person. Mainly because of you get water in the foods you eat as well. The 8 cups a day guideline is a good one. The best way to tell for sure is you should have clear urine by just after lunch time. That has always been the general rule of thumb I was told by trainers. Morning Pee can be a little yellow, afternoon pee should be clear.
