Okay I just want to announce that I have almost lost 5lbs and I'm eating a lot more lol you can check out my diary if ya don't believe me lol
So question 1. Should I do aerobic exercise everyday? I've been doing about 30 mins daily and Idk today I just feel burnt out. I don't know if it's lack of motivation aka lazy or my body trying to tell me.
Question 2: What does a large potato look like roughly? I know the mediums are a size of a computer mouse but what are larges.

#1. -- You should take a rest at least once a week on average. Listen to your body, you need rest days.
#2. -- I recommend going by weight if you can. If not. A large potato would be about a computer mouse + 25% or so in length. Weight will always still be the more accurate way to go. You can get scales for about $15-$20 at a lot of stores and I highly recommend on if you haven't got one yet!0 -
Thanks, that's what I'm gonna try to get friday along with another workout dvd. I won't start the new one until monday though.0
