Hi all,

I'm hoping you may be able to help me: Since starting to cut out junk food and exercise regularly I have developed what almost looks like eczema in the crook of my arm: does any one have any idea of what I may have cut out that I am missing from my diet?
I have never been a milk drinker - only had it in coffee and i can't think of anything else i have possibly cut out....

Any suggestions will be grately received.

Thanks All

I would suggest seeing a doctor for a diagnosis. You may have a bacterial infection that will get worse if not treated or a simple allergy. Eczema and similar skin disorders generally clear up with good nutrition. In the meantime try a steroid cream to rellieve the symptoms.
