Deciding on a plan?

I'm trying to decide on the best diet, what has been working for you?
For me it's a toss up between juicing, the 4 hour body diet, Atkins or intermittent fasting.
Which one do you think works the best, I'm not a fan of omitting a large variety of food, with juicing you eat large quantaties of fruit and veggies on the other plans no fruit is allowed.
These diets are so opposite it's hard to decide which way to go.

I agree. It's pretty simple calories going in should be less than the calories going out. Keep track by keeping a journal (MFP). If you pick a "plan" make sure you pick one you can live with the rest of your life.0 -

Yup. You'll notice most people are not successful sticking to the Special K Diet, Jenny Craig Diet, Slim Fast Diet, etc. for life. Using the word "diet" implies you will lose the weight then go back to how you ate before when you were overweight. As lame and cliche as it sounds, this really needs to be a lifestyle change or you will never keep the weight off for good. This is why MFP is easy to follow- eat the foods you like, just less of them.0 -
