Step Aerobics Question

So I am doing step aerobics... I went to track my exercise to see about how many calories I've burned and I ran into a dilemma.. lol. MFP has a setting for a 6-8 inch step and a 10-12 inch step... my step is 9 inches. How should I log this to get the most accurate calorie count?

  • I highly recommend getting a heart rate monitor that also counts calories. It makes a huge difference in true accuracy.
  • You could find that info on another online calorie table and enter it instead of what is given....
