Hey all! There is a Groupon on Billy Blanks Tae Bo. It's like $28.99..and I'm just wondering if I should get it or not. I remember really liking his tapes from way back when, but wanted to know if any has tried these and if you liked them. Thanks!

That seems kind of expensive given that they were all developed before youtube. You could check ebay too.

Wow, haven't seen Tae Bo advertised in a long time. Seems to be all about BeachBody nowadays. ;)

If you liked them previously (did you have VHS like me??), it's probably worth it to check them out... the workouts didn't seem intense to me in comparison to P90X or other fitness DVDs I've done - and it REALLY bugs me that he doesn't do reps with symmetry. He'll get off in counting sets of 8 or neglect doing things on one side - makes me crazy but may not bother everyone.

If it's for the Billy Blanks PT 24/7, I'm on week 3 and I love it!! The only bummer is that one of the discs, (there are 7), is defective and won't play. Rather than returning the whole thing, I just substituted one (This is TaeBo), from YouTube. The bands make a huge difference - according to my heart rate monitor, I burn between 350 - 650 calories, depending on the workout.
