My legs don't hurt anymore!

Its true! Before I was working out, all i had to do was spend 3 hours standing up at work, and when I got home, my legs felt like stiff pieces of lead. I lost a lot of flexability as well, even on days I didn't work, moving my legs was a chore.
Now working on an ellipitcal machine for jusyt 20 to 30 minutes a day, and my legs feel the way they used to! I have put in several 6 hour days (have a casual part time job.) last week, and I wouldn't have made it if I didn't do my workouts.
I have to keep myself motivated to do it everyday, but this is the best payoff for me that I could imagine!
