Raw diet questions...

I know some people eat a raw diet (I don't know if that's the correct phrasing for it). I know this is mainly fruits and vegetables, but could someone tell me what a typical raw meal would consist of and how often do you need to be eating to keep your energy up? I'm not planning to switch to a completely raw diet, but I would like to incorporate it into some of my meals, and maybe even full days of it, but I need to now what I should be eating for those meals and how often I should be eating if I plan to do it for an entire day. The reason I am considering this is that I am back in school and am having trouble bringing healthy choices with me to eat on the days that I pretty much go straight from work to school, and to bed as soon as I get home from school, with no time to prepare a meal. Pre-packaged foods are making me feel lousy, but at school, I have no refrigerator to store my foods in and I have to eat.
