Hello Everyone! I am new to myfitnesspal. I am just getting started. So I wanted to introduce myself. I am a 46 year mother of three (28, 23, and 5) and grandmother to 1 (4 months). I have had weight issues since childhood. There are photos of me as young as 1.5 that show the fat rolls and many more through out my life reflecting the ups and downs. I recently realized that I am quickly reaching the no go zone (being 100lbs or more over weight). So I have to do something because at this rate I will not be around for my 5 year daughter let alone my 4 month old granddaughter. I currently have health issues of hypothroidism, plantar fasicitiosI am supported by my husband in anything I do. He often lets me know that he loves me either way, but I do not like myself. So I just complete my first week of actively track all food comsumption and can say I lost 1 pound.
