Ok, so I need a lil clarification or maybe just someone to say..."yeah, that's right!" so I'll quit trying to rationalize it. I keep seeing and hearing how you should "eat all your calories/ points" (I'm doing weight watchers) in order to lose your weight and see results. I understand that eating small meals or snacking (healthy snacks) will help boost your metabolism, but it just seems to make more sense that the fewer calories you eat and the more you burn, the more likely you are to lose that weight. I've also had trouble with eating my exercise calories. Again, I feel like if I exercise and then turn around and eat the calories that I burned, then I'm being counter-productive. Someone set the record straight for me, please!

Also, I've been told both ways....calories are calories, regardless of when (what time) you eat them AND not to eat past particular times. Which is correct??????? I just need to get this thing kicked into high gear already! :) thanks in advance!!!
