Remember.......
:flowerforyou: 1. To to use your scale as much as possible! If you do not have one.. go get one.. one of the best tools for your kitchen and waist!
:flowerforyou: 2. To use a flat edge to level off your ingredients, whether a Teaspoon, Tablespoon, Cup etc.,
:flowerforyou: 3. To us the proper cups for measuring.. Dry measuring cups for dry items and Liquid measuring cups for liquids!!
:flowerforyou: 4. Most of all....... YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU SET YOUR MIND TOO!!!! :drinker:

    I don't scale and don't measure most things...eye-balling works most times. It's pretty easy to eyeball most stuff if you've done it enough. If you measure/weigh everything, you will get tired and annoyed with it. and less dishes i have to wash!

    Disagree. Measuring and weighing is very important for newbies especially if they are new to cooking. It's also a good idea for those that have been around a while to revisit to make sure you're still calculating correctly.

    Agree!!! Even the Ole Timers need to make sure they are still in check once in a while!! :tongue:
