Weekly goals!!! Group

Hello everyone!! I have been with MFP since 2010, I lost almost 30lbs, over the past year I have started a new relationship, gotten engaged, and started two new jobs. Life has been busy and I have gained almost all of my weight back :frown:
Yesterday I went to get some pants for work, being in the dressing room and trying to find pants the fit was very depressing and I decided to get back on the wagon. I really need some support and encouragement. I was looking around the message boards for a group to join. It being almost the end of the month, all the February groups are full or their goals were just for the month. I would like to start a weekly challenge group, for myself it is better for me to break down goals, I do better in a week than in a month. I know it's the middle of the week but I don't want to wait until Sunday or Monday, I have to do it now while I have some motivation. If anyone wants to join me, feel free to post your weekly goal and/or add me. I will be checking in on Tuesdays, but feel free to have your check-in day whenever you want.
So, my goal for the week is 1.5 lbs lost and get in at least 8 cups of water everyday.
