55 inches lost in a year (pics)

So I doing this to show those just starting out that eating healthy and working out has major benefits!!! I look at these now when I need motivation to get to the gym or workout or when I think I need something really bad for me!! Typically after doing this I go to the gym and not eat what I shouldn't!!!! Don't get me wrong I still have a long way to go but I feel like I am a success story!!!
