Help me stay on track

Last summer I was pretty much at my goal weight and then life got in the way and I gained back 10lbs. I have been struggling to get back on track and get motiviated like I was last year. I am looking for ideas to lose that last ten pounds again, someone to keep me motiviated. I always do better with a little friendly compitition. I was so happy with the way I looked and now I am so down on myself for letting myself go again. Help
