Total Gym Routine

I am trying to focus more on toning & shaping since the majority of my weight loss is done! Down 107 lbs!! I have a total gym at home, 3lb & 5lb weights. I prefer the gym - and there are obviously more options there - but on days I do not make it to the gym I want to start working out at home too!

Any suggestions on how to use my total gym & weights would be appreciated .... ALSO does anyone know of Leg exercises that can be done using the total ???
