Is your goal to eat clean? If so, avoid.

If your goal is to lose weight alone, then go crazy, just stay under your calories for the day.

I believe they are still processed, but if you like them and they fit into your calorie goal then eat them. Are there some better cracker options, probably but the whole point of eating healthier, IMHO, is to eat more good stuff and less crap but that doesn't mean you have to give up all junk food. It also depends on what your goals are. If you are going for a completely natural, non processed, whole grain, clean diet then they probably need to go.

Gold fish crackers are never really clean eating, but whole grain is always better than whole wheat.

Unless you can find them in nature, they're processed.

I play a schechter stilleto deluxe. Its a schecter, but this one isn't very metal, which is a good thing cause i'm in an alt-rock band. :)
