Chia Seeds Recommendations

I've heard a few folks talking about adding chia seeds to their diets. I want to try it out but have no idea what I should be looking for when shopping for them. LOL!
* Are there any brands I should avoid?
* Are there any brands you have tried and recommend?
* Is there any problem with just buying on the "el cheapo" side?
* Organic vs. Non?
Thanks for the help!

All I did was go to one of my local organic grocers and good them in the bulk food section.0

I personally don't know if there are many differences between different brands, however I use Bob's Red Mill Chia Seeds. They work well for me and I appreciate what the company is about.
I got mine at my regular grocery store but you can find them at Whole Foods/Trader Joes I believe and you can order them online. I think they are cheaper online.0
