From reading threads here I see there are several different sets of training DVDs, I am wanting to start one but am confused on which to get. I thought it would be best to ask. I am not in shape, I have lost 30lbs in the last 4 months. I have 3 kids and work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week. Which would be best to start with?
