net calories

I am trying to lose 2 pounds per week, based on a 1,200 calorie diet. I am trying to workout 4 days per week and burn appx 800 caloires per workout. My question is, can I average out the additional calories gained through my workouts throughout the week? What I would probably do is eat 1,600 calories a day everyday but saturday and 2,000 on saturday, or maybe a little higher. Will my weight loss be inhibited by the fact that I am a 800 or one thousand over my net calorie goal on Saturday, assuming I dont work out, and 400 under my goal anyother day I workout
thanks
thanks

It should be fine. That is essentially what you are doing if you chose to use other methods, like the TDEE one.0
