Low Fat dinner

So I totally blew it this morning..I had sausage and now I only have 11 grams of fat left for the entire day and that's with my walk this morning and I plan on walking this evening..

So I need a low in fat dinner..I still have enough calories.. but need something low fat..any idea's I can go shopping..that's not a problem

    I personally love fresh vegetables, so the obvious choice would be an elaborate salad with a lemon/olive oil vinaigrette.
    OR steamed vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, spinach, cauliflower, carrots, etc...) You can eat larger amounts of food to fill yourself up! Serve with a broiled tilapia filet.

    I have to agree, sounds like chicken (buy boneless / skinless)and steamed veggies is your best bet.

    anything with veggies and lean meats like chicken or turkey.

    as a side note, going over your fat wont keep you from losing weight. just as long as you dont exceed your caloric intake, you will be fine for today :)
