just joined to see if a can lose weight by losin this site,cos my god ive tried everything else!!!!!!!!! im 27 i got three kids age 8,5 and 1 a great boyf everything is good in my life except my weight,,a recent trip to the docs has really knocked me on the head n i need to do something,im sick of feelin fat frumpy and like times running past me all the time, i'l be honest im lazy i hate exersise n im a total foody i love cooking n socialising n drinking,smoking,haha basically every i know is bad for me,,
but any way if any one want to listen to me drivle on some more or wants to chat to me im here

Hi! Welcome to the site. I hear ya about being lazy, i HATED excercise until I started on this site. It's neat because on here, the more you excercise the more you can eat! Its kind of like earning rewards for excercising. And I've been eating healthy foods so my body actually feels like it can handle excercise now! If I can do it, so can you0

You'll find that this site is easy to use.
I know what you mean about being lazy. I know its hard to be lazy with kids, but somehow I manage
My weakness is snacking on crackers or chips while playing the computer...I know, NOT GOOD!
I haven't lost anything, but I have been learning to gauge what my calorie intake and such is everyday.
Most important, I find, is to drink the 8 or more glasses of water. I find that I'm not as hungry or have those silly cravings.

hello and welcome
good luck with getting started, stay possitive and after a while it will become second nature to keep your portions under control and as I have figured out that is the real key in getting rid of weight. I never say "losing weight" because that incinuates that at some point I would like to find it again, and after it is gone I never want to see it again:laugh:0 -

Hi I just joined today. Decided this kind of site helped me before with my goals to lose and get fit. I have a challenge to lose around 12 to 14 pounds before memorial day!!! EEEEK...lol......sometimes one can lose 7 on the first week with all the water intake and sudden drop in food intake.....fluid loss...we shall see. I want to get fit again so yes Ill be working out several time a week.......have too.....the heart is important .......ok well nice meeting you all........................have a great day.......!!!0

thanx i hope this site helps me, n because im writing down everything i eat and drink its made me look at the calorie content in everything im so shocked at somethings, im trying my hardest, i dont want to let my self down again0
