Hey, I'm a Newbie but determined

I'm starting a crossfit program, trying my best to stick to high protien low carb paleo food intake. My problem is I am a snacker, and all the world is filled with Carb snacks- not so many quick paleo snacks. Any suggestions??? Thoughts?
