Anyone feel like perusing my lunch?

Everything under my lunch I just threw into a blender for a smoothie. I was suprised by how not-so-healthy it seems when I look at it all together- pretty high cal, loads of sugar (damn those bananas!) and not as much protein as I thought (relatively speaking.) I'm not too concerned about the calories (I haven't put in my five mile run and No More Trouble Zones workout yet so even eating back only 200 of those cals will give me plenty for dinner) but it bothers me that everything I tossed in there was "healthy" in my mind and in very conservative quantities (the smoothie was less than half a pint) and it comes together to seem so....carb-y and caloric! Anyone feel like taking a look and giving me your thoughts?

I wouldn't worry about the banana to much, but if you want you could do 1/2 a banana & 1/2 cup blueberries to cut cal & carbs. Other than that my only real suggestion would be to find a different protien powder. I use Optimum Gold double chocolate from GNC and it gives you 24 g of protien in 120cal. More bang for your buck, plus you could skip the choc milk.

Doesn't look bad to me. High protein, for one. If you want to make changes, you probably didn't need the honey, and .13 of a cup of chocolate milk couldn't add much in the way of flavor, so you could delete that next time. Protein power, almond butter--yeah, the calories will add up, but they seem pretty nutrient-dense to me, so why not?

Leave out the chocolate milk and honey. Get your sugar only from the banana.
