Plain non-fat Greek yogurt, egg whites, chicken breast, turkey breast. If you get red meat make sure you get the leaner cuts.

Meat, fish, eggs, dairy, beans/legumes, nuts, nut butters, etc.

Tons of foods that have lots of protein. Protein powder and bars are more examples.

    Most protein per what....

Eat chicken, beef, fish...or variations of meat...

I still with boneless skinless (cheap, low fat, lower cals), salmon - just love it and its healthly, some beef just because I'm a steak eater...and bacon in the morning...

    otherwise eggs (egg whites)

    or protein shakes....

egg whites, almost 100% protein, you can try egg white omelet with turkey breast, or for a sweet treat I use egg whites with old fashioned oatmeal, sweetener and vanilla essence, you can serve it with cottage cheese (I love it, but my hubby says I am nuts...)

For my protein, I go for fish a lot. Also recommend cottage cheese or greek yogurt as well as nuts, and other cuts of lean meat. I've been pleasantly surprised by fish, though. Check it out!

I get most of my protein from fish, beans and meat. Probably in that order. Oh, and whey protein powder, which I recently added because I found I didn't like to eat as much meat as was needed to meet my protein goal.

Chicken, Turkey, Fish, lean red meats.
    Greek yogurt
    Milk
    Eggs, egg whites
    Beans
    Nuts

A combination of these things gives me more than enough protein for the day.
