I know it doesn't sound like much to some people, but on Saturday I ran for 5 mins straight!! I have been trying to do C25K and the program is just not as easy to follow as I thought, so I am altering it and everyday that I run I am upping my time by 30seconds..(and if I think I can keep going I will) I am also starting to look foward to running!! Even after my 12 hour shifts at the hospital-it's nice to get to clear my mind after a long day!

    Oh my.....well done!!!!! I cant even jog i just stick to walking for the moment LOL:laugh:

    Way to go! You are doing a wonderful job. I to work 10 hour shifts at a hospital, but I workout
    before I go in because I work so late at night. I am starting to run more on the treadmill now, but
    not as much as you, I did do 3.5 miles without stopping today. Keep it up!:smile:

    Good for you! Today its 5 minutes and soon it will be 5 miles! Exercise looks so easy but when you're the one doing it, its HARD WORK! Keep it up!
