I thought I had posted my intro before, but that would have been when I first started MFP and before I lost motivation. I'm 5'7" and roughly 190 lbs (besides the broken scale at home, I haven't been able to check periodically). I don't really have an ultimate goal weight I'd like to be at, but for now I'm working towards 155-159 so that I can have a "normal" BMI. Once I reach this I may keep going.
Hoping to make a few friends on here that can keep me motivated!

Hey!
MFP will certainly give you tons of motivation, my friends on here certainly do. And I'll give out just as much motivation too, feel free to add meI think thats a good idea about firstly achieving a normal BMI and then adding more goals. I think its easier to achieve if you set yourself smaller goals at a time
good luck!
