stag night dilemma

Im due to go on my nephews stag to liverpool next weekend and i know just now its going to be a riot!

last time I did a stag between the food and the booze i was clocking up ...........5000 claories/day

Trying to say it isint going to happen would just be denile but im interested in ways of reducing the damage before and after. Is it possible to minimise my calories or maximise my exercise before or after to limit the bad effect?? would this work or a I just kidding myself on?
