You'll lose it. Just watch what you eat and your body will do the rest.0

you'll loose it, just remember it takes time. have fun with exercising! and don't stress if have a bad day and miss your work out or eat over what you should, it happens! don't restrict your self too much, its not a diet its a lifestyle change0
