Eat less CRAP:
C- Carbonated Drinks
R- Refined Sugar
A- Artificial Sweeteners and colors
P- Processed Foods

Eat More FOOD:
F- Fruits and Veggies
O- Organic Lean Protein
O- Omega 3 fatty acids
D- Drink Water

Did you know you can change your taste buds? Or at least "retrain" them? YES you can!!! It all comes down to cleaning up your diet and eliminating the crap. The cleaner your diet the less you want to eat all that processed junk. I am living proof this works. For the last year I have focused on making cleaner choices and I don't crave tons of sweets, fast food, processed snacks. None of it sounds good any more! Who wants this? Well it's simple... eat real food and watch the craving for crap disappear.
