I don't know if this is on youtube but I love Leslie Sansone's 'You Can Do Pilates' dvd. It's perfect for beginners and those of us who are heavy and can't bend into a pretzel. Leslie works your core and she does exercises using a band. The dvd is divided up into 3 segments. Can be found on amazon.com. I love her walk dvd's too.

I don't know about videos, but I have a yoga app on my phone (iPhone) that is AMAZING, and I do yoga with is every day. It has over 300 poses, with tons of premade sessions for different things, and it also has the option to design your own workout from the poses. Each pose has a picture of it, a video showing how to do it, and has the teacher telling you what to do the while time.
Its called All-In Yoga. There is a free version too that you can try (The one I have was 99 cents) but it's not nearly as good.
