Hi I'm Carly & am starting MFP properly now!!
Have been registered for a while, but not really done it fully. Bad news... not lost anything, but hey I've not gained anything for 3 months
)
Now I'm ready to commit, am so fed up of being fat & moaning about it so time to fix it!
Probably like most people have weighed up going back to Weightwatchers, slimming world, no carbs etc etc.... have realised its not rocket science. I need to calorie count what I eat & move my bottom more!
I have a lot to lose so am aiming for 4 stone, as I know I'm comfortable at that weight (and able to run without collapsing LOL) & will then see what happens
)
