New to this (kind of)

I'm kind of new to this. I've tried it a few time and it always only seems to stick for about a month. When I am on here I am able to make good progress. I went from 236-208 last year and then lost motivation and went back up to 228. I want to get down to a no B.S. 10-15% body fat. I recent;y got tested in a Bod Pod and it is supposedly pretty accurate....I have a 25-30 lbs of bad weight to lose. This will be the first summer I'm single in forever, so I'd like to look respectable. I'd also like to get in good enough shape to try the tough mudder run possibly.

I'd like to be down 10-15 lbs minimum by my birthday in May. If anyone wants to add me please do! Most of my friends on here have spottier motivation than I do.
