Protein???????

I am very confused about protein. My class instructor was talking to me about my diet and said I need to push protein than further instructed me to look up a protein calculator.. I did this & its say 175g of protein a day? Is that right?

Do you weight about 200kgs? If not that seems like a fairly high number.0

I just thought of something. Any chance you used the wrong units on the calculator? For example most things I read say about 0.8 times your weight in kg. If you used that formula but your weight in pounds you'd get the kind of number you seem to have.0
