Alright Peeps

My name is Robert and im lookling to broaded my friends in the UK, most at the moment is in the USA and down under.

Just wanting to start to make new MFP in the UK.

    Hey, thanks for adding me :)

    I'm finding it good, how are you finding it? It's made me aware of my intake and everything :) I had so many carbs in my diet, lol.

    Im loving it, im on here more than Facebook, I have learnt so much also, like intake etc, the motivation and encourgement that you get from people in here is amazing and it keeps you going, no judging as everyone is in the same boat, whether it is loosing weight, toning up or bulking up everyone is great.
