I've some health issues and I'm thinking of going vegetarian.
I'm allergic to tofu

I know legumes are a good source of protein when combined with most whole grains.

Any other suggestions for vegetarian proteins?

    Seitan

Most beans are a good low fat/protein

Green veggies. 1 cup cooked spinach has about 7 grams, green beans about 13 grams, boiled peas 9 grams.

Nut butters (peanut, almond or cashew)

    Quinoa

Sprouted grain bread (Food For Life is a good one)

Mushrooms, nuts, textured vegetable protein, eggs and dairy in moderation, plus everything jnp96 said.

    Quorn.

Although I get most of my protein from Greek yogurt and whey/recipes with whey.
