energy queations

i have a question about working out does any one have ideas to help get energy after work? i work with infants and toddlers so i am always up and down and on the move and when i get home i have no energy whats so ever so i am looking for some thing that will help and boost my energy level, does any have any suggestion? :yawn:

    I know for me I had to take a multivitamin daily and also really make sure I wasnt bogging my calories with carbs....had to take in more greens and protein ...try having snacks that include unsalted nuts and cheese, veggies

    Hello,

    Try taking so vitamin b-complex. They help with energy, but won't make you all jittery.

    Sis they are right with less carbs and more protein,, and just dont let yourself feel bogged down make yourself keep moving,, even a nice walk after work or dinner might help... vitamin B is also good.. get mikey out walking or i will come over and walk when ever you get the itch let me know!!
