I am stuck!!

I have been using MFP for a while! I have had great success I am 5'8 and 160 pounds but that number on the scale will not budge anymore! I am in mid twenties and stay busy with full time school and work. I try to sneak in a good workout 5 days a week and stay with in my allotted calories but just feel STUCK!! I would love for a MFP community, I am just taking advantage of this feature so I don't have a lot of MFP friends so please send a request!
I enjoy working out making healthy recipes and sharing my ideas with others! If you enjoy doing the same please send a request!

    I feel the same way. I looking forward to hearing a few suggestions. I also workout 5 days a week, eat healthy, and I also wear a body arm from body media. I think I am doing everything right. But the scale have not budged since August.
