If you are SERIOUS about your weight loss or health goals please add me. I need people with the same goals as me. I don't want friends that are just here to see "BLANK has logged in for BLANK days in a row". Logging in is not making you healthy neither is it making you lose weight. I don't mean to bash people but I need serious friends that will support and help me as I will do in return. You have to want it, so if you are serious PLEASE feel free to add me.

I'm extremely serious about this. It's the only thing I've ever wanted and I'll be damned to fail again.
I have been logging in more and more recently, I've never gotten much of those login achievements though XD
I never delete people from my friendslist, I know what its like to go through rough patches. I've been deleted, though I don't blame them. Doesn't mean I wasn't serious, this is the #1 battle of my life and it always has been, if I don't lose this weight my life isn't going to go anywhere.
I try to support everywhere that I can in the time frame I'm given.0 -

I am serious and committed, but I don't look like I work out hard. I have some health issues that make a HARD WORKOUT mean a brisk 2 mile walk and 30 squats.
I am no longer losing weight, just working out and working on body composition.
And I miss log in days every couple months due to life getting in the way... moving, family vacations, bronchitis, etc.0 -
I put animal crackers in my soup, then i eat (in order) monkeys and rabbits, then loop-dee-loops (I put fruit loops in it too)0

Ive never been more serious! seriously! I can definitely use all of the support i can get and will definitely give some in return. We can do this it really is mind over matter0
