workout routine for fat loss

trying to make a 5 day workout schedule for a friend whose trying to lose about 80 pounds any suggestions

    3 day full body lifting, compound lifts as primary focus, 45 mins-1hr followed by 15 mins cardio of choice
    2 days cardio 30-45 mins
    Moderate calorie deficit
