Intermittent Fasting (IF)???

Does anyone else use intermittent fasting? It's not a diet, just an eating plan. I fast for 16 hours a day, and eat for 8 hours. I get all my calories in an 8 hour eating window, the same calories I would take if I was eating from sunup to sundown. Been doing this for about 6 months now. Energy, focus, appetite, workouts, weight, and everything else has been amazing.
