need some good kick in the butt??

help me. say something. give me some motivation. i need some tips on how to get back on track with my diet. i was doing so well last summer. lost 30 plus pounds. but have fallen off the wagon. having a hard time trying to stick to my diet lately. please.i need some good kick in the butt advice to get me to focus and get back on track.

    Hi, hon ....... not sure how much good I'll be at this hour ...... should be sleeping :yawn:

    1. focus on today, not tomorrow
    2. do not dwell on the past
    3. baby steps work well
    4. breathe
    5. smile
    6. be kind to yourself
    7. experiment with new foods
    8. vegetables are our friends
    9. no excuses ..... just do it !

    Keep the end goal in sight but set small incremental ones along the way to keep you from feeling overwhelmed. I don't necessarily mean numerical goals that you want to see on your scale only. It could be anything from cutting 100 extra calories from your total daily intake for a week, followed by ensuring that you get fruits and veggies at every meal the following week, etc., until you completely clean up your diet. Gradual changes can be really helpful :)
