I fell off from counting colories but I can say I maintained my weight pretty well and I have started running again so yay for that I did miss everyone though and all the support I would get I also download this nike app that works really well at mapping my runs my runs are from 3-5 miles each run and i have dropped already 2.5 lbs im losing to join military and goal is 145 but neway my questions is on here I only record my weight would it be better to record my measurements as well and other than running what are other types of cardios and workout methods I cando ^-^ thanks all love you
