Protein snacks

to fill up the in-between meal pangs, please suggest under 200 calories protein snacks...what is everyone eating between dinner and lunch?

    Cheese triangles on rice cakes
    almonds
    babybels
    slice of ham or chicken
    crab sticks
    greek yoghurt
    roast broad beans, soy nuts, wasabi peas

    This is a new one, cause for some reason I always thought it was unhealthy, but beef jerky, like 12 grams of protein for 80 calories, so you could have 2 servings and 24 grams of protein.
    Also nuts, i love almonds (roasted, unsalted hate the salted or the raw) they're high in fat but the good fat
    yogurt (love low fat or non fat greek yogurt) or I like milk drunk through those flavored kids straws (only 13 calories for the flavoring in the straw)

    The nuts and the jerky are great cause the jerky you can buy in single serve packets and just bring a couple with you, same with almonds (100 calorie packs) or just grab a handful (cause that's about a serving) and go.

    Hard boiled eggs....I love them, can't get enough!
