Calories in a beef burger from the butchers?

I've got a great butchers that I've just discovered. I want to try their burgers. How many calories should I count? They're not quarter pounders, just regular sized burgers. I'm going to grill them. Any ideas?

There's "Butchers - Beef Burger" in the database for an approximation, or weigh one and do the equivalent per gram of "Butchers Mince - Mince Beef". It probably won't be extra lean as butchers know the value of a little fat in a decent grill-up!

Well done on going the Neddy-free route.

You could ask them. They may be able to tell you.
    All the best,

Thanks! I like the idea of weighing it and then putting it on as the mince. I'm sick of dry fat free meat products, so I'm happy to spend the calories on the fattier stuff :)
