Upping protein

Does anyone have any tips for increasing protein intake? I really struggle to meet my targets, but I don't really like meat, so although I've tried increasing the amount of meat in my diet, it never really lasts. Are supplements my only other option or does anyone have any suggestions? I'd prefer not to take supplements if I don't have to!

Protein shakes, a lot of people use them. Anything from Maximuscle to Precision Engineered etc etc. If you search protein on the forums you'll come up with a lot of posts regarding this topic

i eat 200-250g a day and about 80-100g comes from supplements and 100g-120g from food ... i suggest a whey protein , it will help u hit your protein goals ,but obviously food is king (whey kinda is food) im talking about chicken , fish , beef , eggs , etc...
  • Tofu is a good idea, actually! idk why that didn't occur to me. I'll check out whey protein and protein shakes as well :)

Nonfat Greek Yogurt and Whey Protein Shakes is the way I get in the extra protein.

I don't eat a lot of meat either and I have one or two protein shakes a day (each with 20 g) and then I eat a lot of cottage cheese, greek yogurt, cheese sticks, shrimp, and different legumes that have protein like lentils and bulgar. I don't really care for tofu personally.
