    good job but again no, i wouldn't want to look like this.

    girls, i also lift weights and it gives me thin, feminine but strong body, like a Russian ballerina :)

    lifting rules, i used to be skinny fat when i did only cardio!

    I love lifting, but no where near what she looks like.
    It takes time and a great flawless diet as well.
